Important Plan Guidelines
To ensure we can offer these generous discounts, we follow a few straightforward guidelines:
- Exclusively for the Uninsured: This plan is intended for patients without dental insurance. It cannot be used in conjunction with insurance benefits, other discounts, or reduced-fee plans.
- Periodontal Health: For patients with gum disease, the plan covers two Periodontal Maintenance visits per year at 100%. Any additional maintenance visits required during the year receive a 20% discount.
- Flexibility & Payments: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. While we accept CareCredit® for your convenience, a convenience fee will apply if used to pay for the membership plan or financed treatment.
- Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to in-office prescriptions, electric toothbrushes, or Invisalign®.
